There are four steps in creating the jewelry you have been envisioning. Distance is not a factor in accomplishing the task at hand. From start to finish, you don't have to leave the comfort of your home. As of late it has taken approximately 10 weeks for a project to reach completion. Heirloom redesign is available.
Step One
Step one is submitting the custom jewelry inquiry form and scheduling a consultation appointment with Sincerely Ginger Jewelry. The consultation is $100 and non-refundable. During the consultation, I will be asking questions about the piece you would like designed. We will discuss your budget, the type of jewelry, who it will be designed for, and hone in on specifics about your piece. Prior to the consultation, you can submit photos and inspiration to assist in design ideas. Please note that I do not copy designs from other jewelers.
Step Two
Step two is focused on sourcing one-of-a-kind specialty gemstones and sketching. Depending on the design you have in mind, sourcing may not be required if a stone is readily available. Sourced stones must be paid in full prior to sketching. Communication will take place throughout this phase in order to tweak and create the perfect design. Once the design is chosen a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total price remaining will be due prior to production.
Step Three
Traditional stone purchase (not one-of-a-kind) and production is step three of the process. During this time I will contact my suppliers to purchase any remaining gemstones your piece requires. Once this takes place production will officially begin.
Step Four
The fourth and final step is delivery. After your jewelry is finished I will send an invoice for the remaining balance. Once paid I will ship the jewelry to you.
